Hi ao4e, On my research, I see that modem Conexant RS56/SP is not compatible with Windows 7. You might have to contact your Original modem device manufacturer (ODM). In most instances the manufacturer of the computer (PC OEM) or original modem device manufacturer (ODM) provides the needed driver that works best for the modem that has been installed in your computer.
